To the best of the seller's knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time of sale. ....IF SAID PUPPY IS DEEMED TO HAVE A LIFE THREATENING DISEASE WITHIN 48 hours, BUYER WILL RETURN PUPPY TO SELLER FOR A FULL REFUND WITH A WRITTEN VET DOCUMENT FROM A LICENSED VET STATING SUCH....THIS IS THE ONLY TIME A REFUND IS ISSUED.
A THREE year after sale Replacement Warranty is given for any life-threatening congenital disease that caused said puppy to expire. A notarized Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required. Cancer is not a congenital disease. An autopsy by buyers vet must be done for puppy replacement and vet documents sent to seller. Buyers will be required to send the notarized Vet's report by registered mail along with all of the puppy's medical records to the breeder. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. The Seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value and of the same gender, from the next available litter. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if puppy was found to be abused, neglected, or does not have up to date health care given per breeders instructions. All vet records will be turned over to breeder should this occur. If TOO many vaccines were given, the corona vaccine or the lepto vaccine was given, breeders is free from any and all liabilities that can occur from over vaccinating.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper health care and de-worming. This warranty does not cover diseases for which vaccinations could prevent such as parvo or distemper..NOR DOES IT COVER LUXATING PATELLA'S, HIP DISPLASIA, HEART MURMURS OR ANY OTHER AILMENT THAT IS NOT LIFE THREATENING. Warranty does not cover normal puppy ailments such as worms, girardia, cocciddia, or ear mites which can be common in the puppy growing stages and are not a life threat.
The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or Replacement Warranty.
The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog/puppy is in the buyer's possession.
The size a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on seller's experience and traits recognition. No guarantees are made as to adult size.
The seller does not guarantee the color of said dog.
Behavior is the buyers responsibility.
Hernias must be certified by a veterinarian, to be currently life threatening and to have rendered the puppy unfit for purchase, in order for surgical repair reimbursement consideration.
Buyer agrees that no charge backs will be filed through credit card companies or paypal on this transaction for any reason. Conflicts of any nature will be done in writing by both the seller and buyer.
Seller reserves the right of first refusal of said puppy or adult dog, should buyer decide he or she can no longer care for puppy/dog. Seller will assist the buyer in finding a loving home for dog/puppy in question. We do not want our pups or adults put in harms way, taken to a shelter or a pound. I will assist in placing dog/puppy myself through the tools of my website and my links to advertising. This contract is valid for the ORIGINAL owner only.
Any disputes will be litigated in St. Joe County, Michigan, USA at the buyer's expense.
SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AILMENTS,DISEASE, OR REACTIONS TO SHOTS OR MEDICATIONS GIVEN BY A VET. YOUR PUPPY IS DELIVERED TO YOU HEALTHY, HAPPY, WORMED, AND GIVEN PREVENTATIVE CARE FOR DISEASE AND HAS IMMUNE SYSTEM BOOSTED TO STAY HEALTHY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE DEADLY VACCINES GIVEN TO YOUR PUPPY, OR FLEA CONTROL LIKE FRONTLINE GIVEN THAT CAN KILL YOUR DOG, OR CHEMICAL WORMERS THAT ARE POISON TO OUR BELOVED ANIMAL FRIENDS, DO NOT CALL ME WITH ADVICE. I TAKE MORE TIME THAN THE AVERAGE BREEDER TO GIVE YOUR BABY THE BEST CHANCE AT A HEALTHY LIFE. You will receive this contract, a small bag of food and your puppy on delivery day. Because this breed is not yet recognized by AKC as a purebred, there are no registration papers given. The parents of my pups are both AKC registered in good standings. I will not use any off the wall registry just so my pups can be registered. Being registered only costs the customer more money, and proves nothing. In the last 15 years of breeding purebred dogs, I went back on all of my litter registrations and 90% of all my customers never followed through to complete the registration process. It was a waste of my money. Registration papers are useful ONLY if you are going to breed or show a dog.
I (buyer) understand all of the above contract. IF A PROBLEM SHOULD ARISE, I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL CALL THE SELLER AND COMMUNICATE BY PHONE only. EMAIL CAN BE TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT AND EMAIL AND CAN COME ACROSS VERY HURTFUL WHEN WRITTEN WITHOUT THOUGHT. I (buyer) will love, and pamper my new puppy and will always keep my new furry friend out of harms way. Should I at any time feel I need to find a new home for said pet, Breeder/Seller will be given first refusal and will act in the best interest of said dog. I (buyer) will not loan, give away, sell, abuse, breed, or neglect this animal ever, I will never turn my puppy over to a pound or shelter, and will do all health care upon recommendation from reputable vet. This constitutes the guarantee in its entirety. This contract is valid for original buyer only.
NOTE: YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SUPPLY A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT WITH YOUR SIGNATURE SHOULD ANY SITUATION ARISE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS TO PROTECT BOTH THE SELLER AND THE BUYER.
